Hafal Computer Club raises the self esteem of the learners and helps people with mental health issues to learn to use computers with a view to getting back to work.

Busy Bee Life Skills Class
Mondays & Fridays at the Busy Bee Family Centre, Honeysuckle Close, Gurnos
10.00am – 12.00pm
Open to all Adults – Free of charge

The class is aimed at increasing the confidence and skills of community members. The members of the class work at their own pace to achieve accredited qualifications in numeracy, literacy and information technology. The group also organise educational visits.

Simply Cooks Cookery Classes
Wednesdays at the 3Gs Community Building, Chestnut Way, Gurnos
Limited Spaces
Open to all Adults – £1.00 per session

The cooking group learn to make family favourites in a healthy way. They prepare, cook and eat what they've prepared. The group build up a portfolio of information and recipes to allow them to take healthy eating messages home to their families.
