Hafal Computer Club raises the self esteem of the learners and helps people with mental health issues to learn to use computers with a view to getting back to work.

Busy Bee Community Computer Club
Wednesdays at the Busy Bee Family Centre, Honeysuckle Close, Gurnos
1.00pm – 3.00pm
Open to all Adults – Free of charge

This class aims to equip people living in the community of New and Old Gurnos with computer skills to enable them to join the labour force. Learning to use the computer increases the knowledge and confidence of the students. All students are working towards accredited computer qualifications.

Mondays at Galon Uchaf Community Centre, Ninth Avenue, Galon Uchaf
2.30pm – 4.30pm
Open to all Adults – Free of charge

This class aims to equip people living in the community of Galon Uchaf and Penydarren with computer skills to enable them to join the labour force. Learning to use the computer increases the knowledge and confidence of the students. The learners are all working towards accredited computer qualifications.

Busy Bee Life Skills Class
Mondays & Fridays at the Busy Bee Family Centre, Honeysuckle Close, Gurnos

Open to all Adults – Free of charge

The class is aimed at increasing the confidence and skills of community members. The members of the class work at their own pace to achieve accredited qualifications in numeracy, literacy and information technology.
