Bridges to Work

The project is aimed at helping 16 – 18 year olds gain the skills to go into employment, further training or further learning. Trainees receive a training allowance of £50.00 a week for a 30 hours programme. Training is offered in a range of topics such as the following:

SKILLS TRAINING

Hair & Beauty at the NLC	Bricklaying at the NLC
Plumbing at the NLC	Mechanics at the Auto Project

ACTIVITIES TO BUILD CONFIDENCE

Abseiling at Llangorse activity Centre

Canoeing on the Brecon Canal
